1. 🧾 Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Prices, promotions, and turnaround times may change without notice.

• Once an order is placed and approved, it cannot be canceled or changed.
  
  

2. 🎨 Artwork & Proofs

• You may upload print-ready files or request a custom design through our in-house graphic design service.

• If we design your artwork, you’ll receive a proof for approval before printing.

• Final approval is your responsibility — please review carefully for spelling, layout, and color accuracy.

• Once approved, we are not responsible for any changes or errors.
  
  

3. 🚚 Turnaround & Shipping

• Turnaround time starts after payment and artwork approval.

• Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Omyversse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  
  

4. 📦 Returns & Refunds

• All products are custom-made. Refunds or reprints are only offered for defective items or printing errors caused by us.

• Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order, along with photos of the issue.

• We do not offer refunds for mistakes in customer-provided artwork or late approvals.
  
  

5. 🔐 Privacy & Security

• We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to fulfill your orders and is not shared with third parties.
  
  

6. ⚖️ Legal

• All content on this site (designs, templates, images) belongs to Omyversse unless otherwise noted.

• We reserve the right to decline any project containing offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.
